We at Lift NYC Moving & Storage are continuing to serve the city we love during this pandemic. Since it was announced that movers are deemed an “Essential Service” in accordance with New York State Executive Order 202.6 under the Logistics charter, we have decided to take whatever safety measures we can to stop the spread and help to flatten the curve, while still maintaining the highest standard of customer satusfaction in the moving industry. We are following the Department of Health’s guidelines for maintaining sanitary conditions in an effort to keep our families safe as well as those of our customers. We take the health of every Lifter seriously and are constantly monitoring their conditions. Gloves, masks, and hand sanitizers are all required on every move. We are cleaning our office and sanatizing our trucks daily, in order to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Due to high demand, Lift NYC Will only be conducting contactless moves into storage for the next year. All other moving inquiries will be handled by MoverXchange. With the Covid-19 Pandemic ongoing, everyone is having to make changes on the fly. Homeowners and renters are looking to be as safe as possible and we understand the concern. That is why we are now offering Contactless Moving and Storage for all moves going forward. What does that mean? You do not have to be present for Lift NYC to move you. We are conducting moves remotely with video calls and conducting the entire moving process without the need for you to be on site. Storage is taken from your apartment, brought to
our secure storage facility, and packed into a room without you even having to visit the unit or buy a lock. Just let us know when you are ready to move out and all your items will be delivered wherever you need them. A full inventory of your boxes and items will be taken so you can keep track of what’s most important.
